Costa Rica Property Development
Montana del Mar - Costa Rica Property
Montańa del Mar is a beautiful natural oasis situated on over 400 acres of rural forest lands with panoramic views of the coastal mountain ranges, the Pacific ocean, inland waterways (Gulf of Nicoya) and distant volcanoes. This property is perfectly located just 10 miles from Tamarindo - the heart of Costa Rica's Gold Coast, convenient to everything but with a truly authentic Costa Rica feeling. Phase I of the project is now more than half sold out, but there are still some great residential home sites remaining.  The Master Plan for Phase I is shown below.
Montana del Mar Master Plan
The Pacific north-west of Costa Rica has an excellent year round climate (no rain at all from mid-November to late April), a very low cost of living (e.g. you can obtain hired help for just a few dollars per hour), a stable and pro-US democracy and a US style of Government since 1948, world class health care facilities, clear title property rights for foreigners, and excellent tax advantages.  It's no wonder that many people from North America, Europe and around the world are now settling in Costa Rica to build their dream home. Outside of the US, there are now more Americans per capita living in Costa Rica than anywhere else in the world.
At Montańa del Mar, we have spectacular home sites and a skilled team of professionals on the ground to handle all of your legal, financial and home building requirements. Our packaged home land combinations start at just $199,000, making it super affordable for you to live your dream in paradise - either as a part time vacation home, as a full time residence or retirement home.
